PROMISES MADE... PROMISES KEPT!

Supplementing Ollie's day-to-day work of serving both his constituents and other residents in each of the other Council districts, Ollie is eager to build majority Council support to achieve the following:

• Finalizing a complete and decisive stop to the ill-conceived West Covina Health Department
• Returning management of the Sports Plex to private management to STOP the wasteful drain on City resources while restoring the facility to producing positive cashflow and still enabling our residents to enjoy the venue
• Stopping implementation of efforts to sell the City Yard and to move Fire Station 1 to the City Hall campus
• Recalibrating precious City resources to maintain clean streets but NOT in a way that leaves residents with no viable place to park, hurts seniors and persons with disabilities, and wastes money by failing to use a common-sense precision approach to tackle problem areas.

Ollie Cantos is literally the ONLY elected official to hold town hall meetings on a quarterly basis since the time he was first elected.

By this point, Mayor Pro Tem Cantos has hosted a grand total of 14 meetings that are most typically attended by residents from throughout the City.
